Job Description

Social Media Manager Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.) across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Manage daily posting schedules and ensure brand consistency. Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community. Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance. Track analytics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and conversions. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for coordinated brand communication. Skills Required: Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Basic graphic and video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe, CapCut). Creative thinking and understanding of target audience behavior. Time management and trend awareness. Experience: 1–3 years in social media marketing
