Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Sunday to Friday

About Us

7xgrowth is the digital marketing division of Shivaay. We help businesses grow online by creating effective and engaging digital campaigns. As we grow, we are looking for a Social Media Manager (Night Shift) to join our team and manage social media accounts for various clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Create and curate content such as posts, images, stories, and reels
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all platforms
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports using insights
• Work closely with designers, writers, and other team members
• Communicate with clients to share updates and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Experience managing social media accounts (for businesses or agencies)
• Strong understanding of current trends and platform best practices
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Able to work independently and handle night shift duties
• Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing are a plus
