Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media channels, developing and executing content strategies, creating engaging content, and monitoring social media performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Lead Strategy

  : Design and execute innovative social media strategies that align with business objectives, while continuously researching trends to keep our presence fresh and relevant.

• Content Creation & Management

  : Oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand content—ranging from posts and videos to stories and infographics—while ensuring all content resonates with our target audience.

• Community Engagement

  : Manage community interactions, fostering relationships with our followers and sparking meaningful conversations that build brand loyalty.

• Analyze & Report

  : Monitor social media metrics, research competitors, and dive deep into analytics to identify trends, measure success, and refine content strategy for better performance.

• Trendspotting

  : Stay on top of social media trends, platforms, and new tools to ensure we’re always experimenting with fresh ideas that keep us ahead of the curve. Research what’s working in our niche and adjust content accordingly.

• Collaboration & Coordination

  : Work cross-functionally with teams (Marketing, PR, Design) to execute integrated campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, startup, or agency, with a deep understanding of content creation across platforms.
• Strong research skills always looking for trends, competitors’ strategies, and emerging topics that could drive engagement in your niche.
• Ability to adapt and pivot strategies based on data and insights, with a focus on what resonates best with your target audience.
• Strong creative skills in writing, video production, and graphic design (or the ability to manage creative assets effectively).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft engaging and brand-consistent copy.
• Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, timelines, and priorities.
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work across departments to execute high-impact campaigns.
• Bonus points if you have experience with influencer marketing or running paid social campaigns!
