About the role:

Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and executing daily social media content

   across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.

2. Write short-form content

   , including captions, scripts, hooks, and basic copy for brand posts.

3. Support content ideation

   by researching trends, formats, and audience insights.

4. Coordinate with the design team

   to ensure timely creation and delivery of creatives.

5. Upload posts, schedule content, and manage basic page hygiene

   on all channels.

6. Engage with the audience

   by responding to comments, DMs, and interactions when needed.

7. Monitor performance

   and assist in tracking key metrics like reach, engagement, and link clicks.

8. Support in brainstorming campaign ideas

   and contributing fresh perspectives.

9. Assist with content shoots

   , behind-the-scenes documentation, and basic on-ground tasks.

10. Stay updated with industry trends and platform features

    to suggest relevant improvements.

Who you are:

• A creative thinker comfortable with writing.
• Active on social media and aware of ongoing digital trends.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn fast.
• Strong command over English (bonus if you can write in Hinglish too).
