Collaborate with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives. Develop creative motion concepts in line with brand guidelines. Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. Work closely with copywriters and designers to align visuals with messaging. Stay updated on industry trends and new tools to bring fresh ideas to projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Optimize graphics and animations for various digital platforms and devices. Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all motion content. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the team. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in motion graphics/video editing. Proficient in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop. Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and animation principles. Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly. Good communication and collaboration skills. Why Join Us?
