Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to support our digital marketing initiatives and enhance our online brand presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging social media content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Support daily management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, hashtags, and content opportunities.
• Help plan and execute campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare weekly social media reports.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and support community building.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Brainstorm new ideas for content calendars, marketing strategies, and audience engagement.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and trending formats.
• Ability to create content using Canva, CapCut, basic editing apps, or similar tools.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics, hashtags, and storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Reel editing, copywriting, or short-form content production.
• Familiarity with AI tools, scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite), and SEO basics.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and visual aesthetics.
