🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern / Executive who’s passionate about design, storytelling, and digital media. You’ll be at the heart of our brand communication — managing our Instagram and LinkedIn presence, designing eye-catching content, writing engaging blogs, and creating impactful lead magnets.

Graphic design is a core focus of this role.

Mode: Hybrid (You must be based in or willing to work partially from Indore)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram & LinkedIn
• Schedule posts and monitor performance analytics
• Stay up-to-date with trends and platform updates
• Graphic Design (Core Focus)
• Create high-quality posts, carousels, reels, banners, and ads
• Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
• Ensure brand consistency and visually appealing designs
• Content Writing
• Write SEO-optimized blog articles
• Craft compelling captions and post content
• Lead Magnet Creation
• Design downloadable assets such as eBooks, guides, and templates
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation goals

✅ Requirements

• Strong graphic design portfolio (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• Understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color theory
• Basic copywriting and blog writing ability
• Familiarity with Instagram & LinkedIn trends and algorithms
• Highly self-motivated, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
• Must be open to working from Indore office part-time (Hybrid mode)
