About the Role
We are seeking a Social Media Intern to support our digital marketing efforts and help strengthen our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and eager to learn how social platforms can be used to drive brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and support community interaction.
• Conduct research on current social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Help draft captions, prepare reports, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop campaign ideas and content themes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of content creation.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail; experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
