Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
  • Proficiency in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Sales skills and the ability to drive engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with social media analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Develop, execute, and manage day-to-day content calendars across all major platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute creative social media campaigns aligned with overall brand strategy.
  • Track KPIs like engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions — and continuously optimize for performance.

2. Content Creation & Strategy

  • Brainstorm, script, and coordinate visual content — reels, stories, static posts, memes, short videos, and live sessions.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors to produce high-quality content.
  • Keep up with the latest trends, formats, and tools to ensure our content stays fresh and engaging.

3. Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, onboard, and manage micro to macro influencers across niches aligned with DaurCom's brand values.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns from briefing and contracting to content delivery and reporting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and track ROI from each collaboration.

4. Brand Campaigns

  • Support the ideation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including PR, design, and performance marketing.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and draw insights for future planning.
