Passionate about working with creators? Join Flo Mattress as a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive, where you’ll run end-to-end influencer campaigns, collaborate with top creators, and directly impact one of India’s fastest-growing D2C brands.

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site, Mon–Sat)
Experience: 0–2 years in influencer or social media marketing (agency/D2C background preferred)
In-hand: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Start Date: Immediate joiner preferred

Fluency in at least one language (Kannada or Telugu) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and shortlist influencers aligned with brand goals.
• Reach out, pitch collaborations, and negotiate deliverables and pricing.
• Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns across platforms.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, content guidelines, and content delivery.
• Maintain relationships with influencers and creator agencies.
• Build and maintain an influencer database.
• Track and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, impressions, ROI).
• Collaborate with content/design teams for brand-aligned campaigns.
• Re-purpose influencer content for ads, emailers, and website.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 0–2 years of experience in influencer/social media marketing.
• Fluency in either Kannada or Telugu (mandatory).
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Basic Excel skills for reporting & tracking.
