Social Media Expert

Job Overview:

Tech Pumpkin is looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Expert with 3–4 years of proven experience in content creation, campaign execution, performance reporting, and email marketing. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of driving engagement through compelling messaging across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Copywriting:

Craft engaging, platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more to increase brand visibility and engagement.

• Graphics Copywriting & Coordination:

Develop creative briefs and work closely with the design team to ensure visuals align with content and campaign objectives.

• Landing Page Content & Coordination:

Write effective, action-driven content for landing pages in collaboration with the Project Manager or client to meet campaign goals.

• Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to measure the success of social campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.

• Email Marketing & Newsletters:

Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns and newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms, ensuring high deliverability and user engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content writing.
• Strong command of social media copywriting and content planning.
• Ability to coordinate with graphic designers and project/client teams effectively.
• Experience in writing and managing content for landing pages and campaign pages.
• Proficiency in tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or other email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in generating campaign performance reports.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
