Social Media Expert

Role & responsibilities

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing the companys online presence across all social media platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, managing posts, responding to followers, running campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and brand awareness

Preferred candidate profile

Content Creation & Management

• Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  
• Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency.
  
• Draft compelling captions, hashtags, and posts aligned with the brand tone and campaigns.
  

2. Social Media Strategy

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  
• Schedule and publish posts as per the content calendar.
  
• Support campaign planning, event promotions, and brand initiatives.
  

3. Engagement & Community Building

• Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  
• Engage with followers, influencers, and online communities to build relationships.
  
• Track trending topics, memes, and hashtags relevant to the brand and industry.
  

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, followers, etc.).
  
• Generate monthly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations.
  
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  

5. Advertising & Collaboration

• Assist in running paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies, and vendors for campaign execution.
  

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  
• Experience in a healthcare or service industry is a plus.
