Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and brand storytelling. You will be responsible for managing our online presence, building brand awareness, and driving engagement through strategic content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos
• Plan and manage social media calendars
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
• Run basic paid ad campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn (optional)
• Engage with audience—respond to comments, messages & community interactions
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives
• Research current trends, hashtags & competitor strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Required Skills

• 1 year of proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Good writing and communication skills (English)
• Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design tools
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Time management and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
• Experience in running paid campaigns on Meta (Bonus)
• Knowledge of SEO basics and content strategy (Bonus)
• Video editing skills using CapCut, VN, or Adobe tools (Bonus)
