Job Summary :

We are looking for a detailed oriented Social Media Handler is responsible for managing, strategizing, and publishing digital content across all social media platforms. This role ensures consistent brand presence, audience engagement, and effective promotion of media production content, including videos, campaigns, shows, and behind-the-scenes activities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Content Planning & Strategy

• Develop social media calendars for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Plan content around video releases, brand promotions, events, and trending topics.
• Research audience preferences and digital trends to create engaging content strategies.

2. Posting & Platform Management

• Upload reels, shorts, teasers, thumbnails, images, and promotional materials.
• Write catchy captions, titles, keywords, and hashtags to maximize reach.
• Schedule and publish posts consistently across all platforms.

3. Engagement & Community Management

• Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries promptly.
• Engage with followers, creators, and influencers to build brand presence.
• Monitor online conversations and report audience feedback to the team.

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track performance metrics such as reach, views, engagement, CTR, watch time, and follower growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
• Optimize posting schedules and content based on analytics insights.

5. Collaboration with Production Team

• Work closely with editors, designers, cameramen, and creative directors for content planning.
• Coordinate behind-the-scenes content, live updates, and campaign announcements.
• Suggest creative ideas for video promotions and interaction formats (polls, Q&A, stories).

6. Branding & Quality Control

• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual style, and theme across all platforms.
• Ensure posts are high-quality, error-free, and optimized for each platform.
• Align social media strategy with the overall marketing and production goals.

7. Trend Monitoring & Ideation

• Identify viral trends, challenges, audio tracks, and formats relevant to the brand.
• Suggest new creative concepts to increase reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms.
• Ability to write engaging captions, titles, and copy.
• Knowledge of basic photo/video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro – optional but preferred).
• Understanding of analytics tools such as Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, and Instagram Insights.
• Creativity, communication skills, and trend awareness.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced production environments.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Media, Marketing, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in social media management (media industry preferred).
• Portfolio of managed pages/campaigns is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
