Key Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Handle official pages on
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
.
Plan and schedule posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages promptly.

Content Creation
Collaborate with designers/photographers for
food photography, event coverage, and creative posts
.
Develop
short videos, reels, and trending content
to increase reach.
Work with influencers/food bloggers for collaborations.

Campaigns & Promotions
Execute online promotions for
festivals, banquets, special offers, and chef specials
.
Coordinate digital contests, polls, and interactive campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads).
Share insights with management to improve content strategy.

Trend Adoption
Stay updated on
trending hashtags, reel formats, memes, and viral ideas
.
Explore new-age tools like
AI-based content ideas, AR filters, and hyper-local engagement strategies

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
.
Experience in
content planning & execution
.
Basic skills in
Canva/Reels editing tools
preferred.
Creative thinker with good communication skills.
Prior experience in
hospitality, food & events marketing
is an advantage.
