We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can help us consistently deliver engaging, informative content across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram — especially for audiences from South Asia and Africa who are exploring opportunities in Europe. Role Description In this full-time, onsite role, you'll work closely with our in-house Polish immigration lawyer, known for her professional integrity and high standards of communication. If you’re creative, detail-focused, and fluent in English, this role is for you. 💼 What You’ll Do: Produce high-volume short-form videos (reels, shorts) using tools like CapCut. Edit long-form YouTube videos in an infotainment style — knowledge of geopolitics or European immigration trends is a bonus. Plan and maintain a content calendar for multiple platforms. Follow and apply strict brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone, visual consistency). Contribute to scriptwriting and video concepts in clear, simple English. Use insights from YouTube & Facebook algorithms to improve content performance. Align all content to attract our core audience: job seekers, students, and entrepreneurs from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and African nations. ✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has excellent English communication skills. Maintains a professional work ethic, including proper email communication and time management. Is experienced with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing. Is comfortable creating and scheduling bulk content consistently. Can take feedback positively and deliver with attention to detail.
