Internship Overview

Video Editor Intern

You’ll work directly with our content and marketing team to edit immigration-related videos that are informative, attention-grabbing, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit

  Instagram Reels

  ,

  YouTube Shorts

  , and

  long-format videos

• Add

  dynamic transitions, subtitles, B-rolls, music

  , and

  hook-based edits

• Trim raw footage, remove dead space, and optimize content for viewer retention
• Follow content briefs and adapt to

  platform-specific trends

• Suggest creative improvements to make videos more viral and engaging

Requirements

• Basic experience in editing videos using

  CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools

• Strong understanding of

  social media trends

  , meme-style editing, reels formats, and hooks
• Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and branding
• Ability to work with deadlines and deliver multiple edits per week
• Bonus: Motion graphics, thumbnail design, or YouTube SEO knowledge
