Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) across all major social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Write compelling captions, copy, and hashtags tailored for each platform.

• Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning and running paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

• Community Management

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and queries promptly.
• Build relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Track, measure, and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others.
• Provide insights and recommendations for growth based on analytics.

• Trend Spotting & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, memes, formats, and platform updates.
• Experiment with new content ideas to maximize engagement and reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Communications, or related field

  (preferred).
• Proven experience as a

  Social Media Executive/Manager

  or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO basics, and content strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
