The team builds tools that boost revenue, automate operations, and deepen customer engagement for modern food brands in India. Role Overview The ideal candidate is passionate about design, obsessed with detail, and comfortable working across web, social media, marketing campaigns, branding, logo design, packaging, retail, and art direction for food and hospitality brands. This role will sit within MyFojo’s in‑house creative agency, partnering closely with Marketing, Social Media, and Production teams to craft high-impact visuals for our restaurant and F&B clients. Key Responsibilities Social Media: Design compelling creatives for Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social platforms for MyFojo’s in-house agency clients, aligned with each brand’s visual language. Marketing & Branding: Assist in developing creatives for campaigns, including digital banners, emailers, and restaurant marketing collaterals that drive engagement and orders. Packaging & Menu Design: Help design attractive packaging, stickers, labels, and menu boards for cloud kitchens and dine-in outlets, balancing aesthetics with practicality. Retail & In-store Design: Create basic assets for in-store posters, tent cards, standees, and signage that enhance the on-ground customer experience for partner outlets. Art Direction Support: Assist senior designers with mood boards, references, and on-set support for food shoots, brand films, and content shoots for MyFojo and its clients. Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field. Strong interest in graphic design for food, hospitality, and consumer brands, with any prior internship/freelance experience being a bonus. Basic to intermediate proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software. A portfolio (even student or personal projects) that showcases creativity, visual storytelling, and an eye for detail. Good understanding of basic design principles, typography, color, and branding, with eagerness to learn and experiment. Ability to take feedback positively, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
