About the Role

We are looking for a creative and highly driven Social Media professional who can manage and grow our organic social media presence. The ideal candidate should be strong in content ideation, script writing, creative briefing, and Instagram growth strategy. This role is not focused on paid ads — strong organic strategy knowledge is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, strategize & manage organic social media growth
• Conceptualize and visualize post ideas, reels & campaign themes
• Create scripts and content flow for videos/reel.
• Provide creative directions and briefs to the graphic/design team
• Ensure content quality, posting schedule & brand hygiene across platforms
• Work closely with influencers / creator style content (when required)
• Stay updated with viral trends, hashtags & industry-specific content ideas
• Maintain brand tone, quality, and engagement
• Track organic engagement performance & report insights
• Must have experience growing Instagram pages organically (company/influencer page)

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in Social Media Management
• Prior experience in a Digital Agency or Product-based company
• Experience in sports nutrition, fitness, health industry is a strong plus
• Strong communication & creative storytelling abilities
• Must be active on Instagram with a good understanding of algorithm & reach
• Ability to ideate out-of-the-box & viral content concepts
• Hands-on experience with organic growth strategies
• Portfolio or proof of growing Instagram pages (mandatory to share links)
• Should not be focused on paid ads — this is an organic growth role

Nice to Have

• Experience managing fitness/health/sports brand page
• Good on-camera presence (not mandatory but preferred
• Knowledge of creators/influencer content style

Location: Jasola, New Delhi (Near Jasola Apollo Metro Station)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days (Mon–Sat)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Max based on experience & skills)

Industry: Sports Nutrition (experience preferred)
