The company focuses on building strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and B2B partners to ensure seamless supply of quality medicines and healthcare products.

Job Summary:

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, generating prescriptions, and ensuring product visibility in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit hospital purchase managers, doctors and chemists regularly to promote company products and generate sales.
• Must have knowledge of interaction with Hospital procurement procedure.
• Stay updated with the latest development in medical field and new product knowledge.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
• Organize product demonstrations, CMEs, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and sales reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain stock levels with distributors.
• Maintain distributor network and add more distributors to increase sales on monthly basis.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology and products.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Should have prior pharma logistics experience.

Qualification:

• B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Any Graduate with relevant experience in pharma sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: 4-5 years(Preferably in Institutional Sales / Medical Field)

Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month (plus performance incentives)
