Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Social Media & Digital Marketing Team

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning & Strategy

  • Develop monthly and quarterly

    social media calendars

    aligned with brand campaigns and project updates.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to create

    creative, informative, and promotional content

    .
  • Identify trending topics, brand moments, and seasonal opportunities for engagement.

2. Content Creation & Posting

  • Work with graphic designers to develop

    posts, reels, videos, stories, and ads

    .
  • Write engaging

    captions, hashtags, and ad copies

    that reflect brand tone and style.
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

3. Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor social media performance through

    insights, analytics, and engagement metrics

    .
  • Prepare

    monthly performance reports

    and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Track and optimize paid campaigns for better ROI.

4. Brand Communication

  • Maintain brand consistency in all posts and campaigns.
  • Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support digital campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, and dealer events.

5. Coordination & Growth

  • Coordinate with vendors, influencers, and partners for collaborations.
  • Support the team during

    photo/video shoots

    , exhibitions, or product branding sessions.
  • Stay updated with the latest

    social media tools, trends, and algorithms

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Canva / Photoshop / Premiere Pro / Meta Business Suite

    .
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills (English & regional languages preferred).
  • Basic understanding of

    paid ad campaigns (Meta / Google)

    .
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual sense.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced marketing setup.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in

    printing, design, or branding industries

  • Freshers with strong creative portfolios or internships are welcome.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, on-site or hybrid role.
  • Work closely with

    Graphic Design, Sales, and Project Teams

    to deliver brand-aligned content.
  • Exposure to

    national-level brand campaigns
