Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and engage potential clients in

  corporate, retail, industrial, and real estate segments

  .
• Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
• Present the company’s capabilities in

  branding, signage, and printing

  to architects, brand managers, and procurement heads.
• Develop customized proposals and quotations based on project scope and client needs.

2. Account Management & Client Servicing

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate between

  design, production, and installation teams

  to deliver projects as per timelines.
• Handle client communication, project updates, approvals, and final closures.
• Gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction with product quality and service standards.

3. Marketing Strategy & Promotion

• Plan and execute

  marketing campaigns, brochures, and digital promotions

  for key verticals.
• Collaborate with the design and social media teams to create impactful visual presentations.
• Participate in

  trade fairs, expos, and dealer meets

  to promote brand visibility.
• Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities in signage and large-format domains.

4. Estimation, Pricing & Coordination

• Understand material specifications, printing processes, and fabrication techniques to prepare accurate costings.
• Work with the production team for

  quotations, timelines, and feasibility checks

• Monitor order progress — from artwork approval to dispatch and installation.
• Ensure project profitability and control marketing expenditure within budget.

5. Reporting & Target Achievement

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Achieve business targets across signage, printing, and branding categories.
• Ensure CRM documentation, client database updates, and order tracking are maintained accurately.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  large-format printing, branding, and signage materials & processes

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office, CRM tools

  , and familiarity with design files (PDF, AI, CDR).
• Good understanding of

  marketing concepts, lead funnels, and B2B sales

  .
• Ability to handle

  multi-location projects, tight timelines, and client demands

  .
• Creative problem-solving and team management capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Printing Technology or equivalent.
• 3–8 years of experience in

  marketing or sales for signage, branding, or printing industry

  .
• Candidates with experience in

  corporate branding, retail displays, or fabrication projects

  preferred.

Work Environment:
