Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in Mumbai. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media Content to increase brand awareness and engagement for our clients. Day-to-day tasks include creating content/video using Canvas/other tools, optimising social media posts, conducting campaigns, analyzing social media metrics, and coordinating with the marketing and influencers in the market to ensure cohesive brand messaging. The role requires staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven past experience in managing national brands on social media
• Understands the social algorithms of Youtube, Instagram, Linkedin, others
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Experience with Digital Marketing practices
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret social media metrics
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in working with early to mid-stage startups is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work on Canvas or other design/video tools
• Strong at writing brand copy for social media
• Camera facing personality and comfortable in organising webinars, Summits
• Good at capturing and amplifying events, interviews, etc

Experience: 1-3 years
