Social Media Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Calendar:

    Plan, prepare, and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & X.
  • Content Ideation & Execution:

    Conceptualize, draft, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with each brand’s voice and goals.
  • Automation & Scheduling:

    Use tools like

    Meta Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Zapier, ManyChat, and Notion

    to streamline daily posting and reporting.
  • Optimization:

    Track content performance and optimize post timing, hashtags, and creatives for better reach and engagement.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key insights — impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, etc.
  • Community Management:

    Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions; engage actively to build genuine audience relationships.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
  • Trend Spotting:

    Identify trending audio, formats, and social media trends and adapt them creatively for brand handles.
  • Influencer & PR Support:

    Coordinate with influencers, prepare collaboration briefs, and track campaign deliverables when needed.
  • A/B Testing:

    Run experiments on creatives and posting schedules to maximize engagement and conversions.

Skills & Tools You Should Know

  • Proficiency in

    Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Zapier, and Google Analytics.

  • Good understanding of

    social media algorithms, ad boosting, and automation workflows.

  • Strong command over written English and brand tone consistency.
  • Familiarity with

    AI tools

    for caption generation, trend research, or analytics is a plus.
  • Basic creative sense (reels editing, thumbnail ideas, or caption alignment).
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
  • Minimum

    2.5–3 years of hands-on experience

    managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Prior agency experience preferred.
