Social Media Executive

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can manage brand’s social media presence while also building and nurturing our online community. This role combines creativity, execution, and community engagement to drive visibility, strengthen relationships, and enhance brand reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers) and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Stay updated with social trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant.
• Respond to queries, comments, and feedback promptly while maintaining the brand voice.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and internal teams for content and campaign needs.
• Monitor conversations to gather insights, feedback, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and community engagement.
• Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to digital trends.
