Job Description: We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing our social media presence across platforms—primarily Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content creation, personal branding, influencer marketing, and digital promotions aligned with the fashion and lifestyle space. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a monthly content calendar and strategy aligned with brand objectives and campaigns. Content Creation & Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee photoshoots, reels, and stories. Work with in-house teams to create engaging and consistent content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Platform Management: Actively manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube including posts, stories, comments, messages, and analytics. Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, manage campaigns, gifting, and track ROI. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on KPIs like reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions. Suggest improvements to boost organic and paid performance. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute online promotional activities including product launches, sales campaigns, festive promotions, etc. Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, website, app, and store team to ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints.
