Sales & Social Media Executive (Female Candidates)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Sales & Social Media Executive to join our team. This role combines in-store sales support with basic social media content management. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers, creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms, handling online queries, and converting enquiries into sales.

Note: This is not a digital marketing role. Advanced marketing skills are not required – only basic knowledge of posting and engaging on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide product assistance.
• Create and post simple, engaging content (photos, reels, and stories) for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and comments on social media pages.
• Call and follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Guide customers on placing orders through the website and mobile app.
• Coordinate with the online operations team for smooth order processing and updates.
• Maintain good customer relationships and contribute to overall brand engagement.

Job Type: Full-time (10:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Fixed shift)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
