E-Commerce Operations Executive (Odoo Backend & Dispatch Coordination)

Qualification: Any graduate (Basic computer knowledge required; experience with Odoo preferred)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage backend activities on our website & mobile app (Odoo platform), coordinate parcel dispatches, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations between our online and physical store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload products (images, descriptions, pricing) into Odoo backend for website & app.
• Manage and process online orders received through the website and mobile app – verify payment status, confirm stock availability, and ensure prompt dispatch.
• Maintain and update inventory in Odoo, including adding new arrivals, generating barcodes, and ensuring proper tagging before products are displayed in the showroom.
• Coordinate with the packaging team for timely dispatch and generate courier labels with tracking details for customer communication.
• Regularly monitor inventory in both Odoo and the physical store to maintain stock accuracy.
• Update live stock status online (in-stock, out-of-stock, pre-book) to ensure accuracy for online buyers.
• Monitor pre-booked orders, coordinate with the team for fulfillment, and update customers on order status.
• Regularly check and act upon pending orders, refunds, or returns, and escalate unresolved concerns to management for quick resolution.
• Ensure website and mobile app functionality is smooth; report technical issues when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Fixed shift)
