E-Commerce Operations Executive

Role Overview: As an E-Commerce Operations Executive, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the backend operations of our website and mobile app on the Odoo platform. You will play a crucial role in coordinating parcel dispatches, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring seamless operations between our online and physical store. Key Responsibilities: - Upload product images, descriptions, and pricing onto the Odoo backend for the website and app. - Manage and update inventory in Odoo by adding new arrivals, creating barcodes, and ensuring proper tagging before displaying products in the showroom. - Work closely with the packaging team to ensure timely dispatch of parcels and generate courier labels with tracking details for effective customer communication. - Regularly monitor inventory levels in both Odoo and the physical store to maintain stock accuracy. - Update the live stock status online (in-stock, out-of-stock, pre-book) to provide accurate information to online buyers. - Monitor pre-booked orders, coordinate with the team for order fulfillment, and keep customers informed about their order status. - Act upon pending orders, refunds, or returns, and escalate any unresolved issues to management for prompt resolution. - Ensure the smooth functionality of the website and mobile app, and report any technical issues as needed. Qualification Required: - Any graduate with basic computer knowledge; experience with Odoo is preferred. Additional Details: The work mode for this role is in-person at Kochi. This is a full-time position with fixed working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The compensation includes a competitive salary ranging from 12,000 to 18,000 per month, a performance bonus, and training provided on the Odoo system. Immediate joining is preferred for this full-time, permanent position.,
