Website & App Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated Website & App Support Executive (Male/Female) with basic technical knowledge to assist in managing and updating our website and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of computer systems, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Experience with design tools like Canva or Photoshop will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update content, images, and product details on the website and mobile app.
• Perform routine checks to ensure smooth functionality across platforms.
• Make minor modifications or coordinate with developers for technical updates.
• Edit and upload images or banners using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Support the marketing and operations teams in uploading new arrivals and promotions.
• Maintain consistency in product display, pricing, and descriptions.
• Troubleshoot small backend or layout issues and report errors for correction.

Requirements:

• Basic computer education (BCA, BSc Computer Science, Diploma in IT, or similar).
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred (freshers with good skills may also apply).
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design/editing tools preferred.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Fixed shift)

Compensation & Benefits:

• ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
