Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
Monitor social media channels, respond to followers, and engage with the audience in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with brand campaigns.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Run paid promotions and boost posts when required.
Identify new platforms and opportunities for brand promotion.
Manage brand reputation online through consistent messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
Good writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
