Social Media Executive

Summary of Position: This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad. The SME will be responsible to maintain monthly Social Media schedules and posting as per the plan across all platforms

Education: any Graduate or Diploma in Media.

Gender: Male/Female

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

2. 6 Months –2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

3. Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and conversions.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Sprout Social).

6. Basic understanding of SEO and paid social strategies is a plus.

7. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

8. Handling social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn etc.

9. Oversees all company social media accounts.

10. Focus on brand building.

11. Responsible for preparing, owning, executing the day-to-day content calendar.

12. Schedule social media posts using offline schedulers.

13. Develop and publish engaging posts that engage audiences and promote our brand.

14. Ability to work independently & manage multiple tasks.

15. Have to actively research, monitor, and track what's trending on social media.

16. Strategize and develop plans to increase important SM metrics such as followers, engagement, reach, and impression, and more.

17. Required to keep an eye on high engagement posts and document success stories for feedback and replicate similar content in future posts.

18. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. - Actively work on social media optimization to increase visibility and follower.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
