Social Media Executive

• Content Calendar Planning: Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars for 7 brands mentioned above.
• Content Creation & Curation:

o Execute the monthly social media calendar effectively.
o Conceptualize creative ideas and provide references for designers.o Draft compelling creative copy and ad copy.o Publish creatives with engaging content and relevant hashtags across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Team Coordination & Leadership: Collaborate daily with internal and cross-functional teams; demonstrate strong leadership skills to ensure seamless execution.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content strictly follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and resonates with the target audience.
• Trendspotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, memes, and viral content to keep brand presence dynamic and engaging.
• Community Engagement & Management: Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels. Foster engagement by encouraging user-generated content.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions.
• Strategy & Reporting:

· Support in developing social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and business goals.

· Track, analyze, and report key metrics including follower growth, reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.

· Deliver actionable insights to optimize performance and enhance content effectiveness.

• Brand & Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitors’ social platforms, track industry trends, and proactively strategize to stay ahead of competition.
• Innovation & Market Awareness: Stay informed about market shifts and recommend fresh strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
