Key Responsibilities

📱 Social Media Management & Strategy

• Plan, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Build and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals.

• Monitor social performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

• Track trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to stay ahead.

🎬 Content Creation Support

• Collaborate with the video and design teams to create high-quality visuals and videos.

• Ideate content hooks, captions, and campaign concepts.

• Occasionally assist with short-form video content for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.

💡 Brand Building & Engagement

• Engage with audience comments and messages in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

• Support campaigns that build brand awareness and community engagement.

What You’ll Need

• 1+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms.

• Good eye for design, storytelling, and short-form content trends.

• Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.

• Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret analytics.

• Preferred:

  Candidates who are influencers or freelancers with a strong social reach.
