About the Role

Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Develop engaging posts, stories, reels, and creative content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Use tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) (preferred) to design high-quality graphics.
• Write clear, catchy, on-brand content tailored to each platform.

2. Social Media Management

• Plan and schedule weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and page upkeep.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touch points.

3. Engagement & Community Building

• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, DMs, and queries.
• Work to organically grow follower base and engagement rate.
• Research trends, competitor activities, and viral content formats.

Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong command of Canva and visual design principles.
• Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite for boosting and ads.
• Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and platform algorithms.

Qualification
