Job Title: Social Media Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to develop and implement our social media strategy, increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to client platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand voice & marketing goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics; iterate strategies based on insights.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and manage online community interactions.
Stay updated on platform trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams for cohesive messaging.
Assist with paid social campaigns and basic budget management.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social platforms and their audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Basic graphic/video skills (Canva/Adobe Suite) are a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
