To extend this vision into the digital realm, we are seeking a discerning and imaginative *Social Media/Digital Marketing Executive* who can translate our brand’s essence into powerful digital narratives and a commanding social presence.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Envision, cultivate, and amplify Dusha+Amai’s aura across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging exclusive avenues.

* Compose, strategize, and deliver a compelling content calendar, curating tailored stories and visuals that captivate each distinct audience.

* Architect and execute refined lead-generation campaigns that attract, engage, and convert luxury clientele through digital channels.

* Identify and explore nascent platforms aligned with exclusivity and prestige, expanding the brand’s influence beyond the expected.

* Conduct continuous analysis of digital performance—decipher metrics, interpret audience sentiment, and recalibrate strategies for elevated reach and resonance.

* Conceive and create digital content—posts, reels, stories—that seamlessly align with campaigns, seasonal collections, and brand aspirations.

* Safeguard and steward the brand’s digital identity, ensuring every asset reflects the sophistication and legacy of Dusha+Amai.

* Support digital activations, collaborations, and curated events to extend the brand’s presence both online and offline.

* Stay at the forefront of global luxury, fashion, and social media trends—leveraging pioneering tools, platforms, and practices that distinguish the brand in the digital vanguard.

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communications, Fashion Management, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not essential).

* 2 - 3 years of proven experience in *social media and digital marketing*, preferably within luxury fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.

* Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, with a strong sense of visual storytelling.

* Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator , Graphics, Indesign, Sketching & good in Creative Writing.

* Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, brand positioning, and aspirational digital engagement.

* Strong creative sensibility with the ability to collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to deliver visually refined campaigns.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating evocative and brand-aligned copy.

* Passion for fashion, design, and culture, with an instinct for identifying and leveraging new trends and digital opportunities.

• Office: Thane, Mumbai

• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Contract: 1-year
