Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Goa, India. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, managing social media accounts, optimizing posts for performance, and analyzing social media metrics. Daily tasks will include scheduling posts, monitoring social media trends, and interacting with the online community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Create captions and coordinate with designers for creatives/reels.
• Publish posts on time across platforms.
• Engage with audience and respond to queries/messages.
• Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth execution.
• Keep files, creatives, and reports organized in the shared drive.
• Stay updated with trends and ensure all content follows brand guidelines.
