We are now looking for a skilled and passionate SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing efforts and expand our digital presence.

Position: SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Dehradun (Work from Office)
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)
Experience Required: 0–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Optimize website content and structure using advanced Technical SEO techniques
• Run and manage paid campaigns across Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads
• Set up and monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense
• Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and video platforms (YouTube)
• Monitor and improve website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Manage and grow social media channels through creative marketing strategies
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad performance and website landing pages
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure success and provide ROI-focused reports
• Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams for integrated campaigns

Candidate Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content writing, or copywriting
• Proven success in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console
• Knowledge of YouTube marketing, AdSense monetization, and social media engagement
• Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization and traffic generation
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team
