Position: Human Resource Executive

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Support employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate with departments to understand HR needs
• Assist in performance appraisal and training processes

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Management / related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR software, MS Office, and labor laws
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
