Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive with 2 years of expertise to join our team at Mighty Warners – a leading digital marketing agency serving Dubai-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating and maintaining content calendars, coordinating with design and content teams, and ensuring timely and engaging posts across various platforms. This role demands excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for social media trends and branding. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily social media operations for multiple Dubai-based clients (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars in coordination with the content and design teams
  • Post content timely as per the approved calendar, ensuring consistency across platforms
  • Coordinate with the content team for caption planning, hashtags, and copy approvals
  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing posters and creatives
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for clients using insights and analytics tools
  • Ensure all posts align with the clients’ branding guidelines and campaign goals
  • Respond to client queries and feedback related to social media postings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in managing social media for brands (preferably agency experience)
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Good understanding of content planning, scheduling tools (like Buffer, Later, Meta Suite)
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple client pages efficiently
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva is a plus
  • Experience in handling international social media accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve strategy.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and engaging social media content.

Location: Kochi, India

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
