About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive with strong experience in brand building, communication, and social media management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage brand identity, messaging, and digital touchpoints while maintaining consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Strategy

• Develop and strengthen the brand identity, guidelines, and positioning across all platforms.
• Identify brand targets, USPs, and strategic touchpoints for enhanced customer engagement.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visuals across all communications.

Social Media & Content

• Plan, execute, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Track trends, analyse insights, and optimise engagement and reach.
• Create engaging content for social media, website, emails, and marketing materials.
• Partner with designers and internal teams for brand storytelling.

Communication

• Draft clear, creative, and compelling messaging aligned with brand goals.
• Maintain a strong and uniform brand communication style across all channels.

Performance & Reporting

• Track and measure performance of branding and social media initiatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify improvement areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Branding or Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, positioning, and communication strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in SEO/SMO or Email Marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms.
