Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement an effective social media strategy aligned with CoinGape’s brand and goals.
• Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Experiment with different content formats, including text, images, videos, and live streams, to maximize reach and engagement.

Content Creation & Management

• Collaborate with the editorial team to create engaging and shareable content tailored to each platform.
• Design and post basic graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe.
• Produce and manage multimedia content, including short videos, infographics, and reels.

Audience Engagement

• Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across platforms.
• Foster community engagement in crypto-related forums, groups, and communities.
• Leverage trending topics and hashtags to boost engagement and visibility.

Analytics & Optimization

• Analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
• Track KPIs, including follower growth, impressions, reach, views, likes, and comments.
• Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with the SEO and content teams to ensure seamless alignment of social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Brainstorm and implement new initiatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Background in journalism or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools for analytics and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
• Basic Understanding of AI tools for enhancing the content.
• A strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
