Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across various social platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, skilled in content creation, and able to analyze performance data to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads
• Coordinate with the design and content team to produce high-quality visuals, reels, and posts
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to keep content relevant
• Good to have Managing skill for social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain community engagement
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Suggest and implement new growth strategies for digital platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience (0–1 years) as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of social platforms, tools, and analytics
• Creativity with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads is a plus)
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
