Job Summary

We’re seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content creation, branding, and audience engagement. You’ll be responsible for curating content, managing daily posts, and developing strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Create & Schedule Posts (Reels, Graphics, Captions)

✅ Grow followers & engagement across platforms

✅ Manage paid campaigns when needed

✅ Track performance, trends & analytics

✅ Engage with the audience across DMs/comments

✅ Execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals

✅ Increase brand visibility, follower count, and post engagement

✅ Run and monitor paid ad campaigns when required

✅ Community Engagement & Analytics

✅ Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags promptly

✅ Track analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements

✅ Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices

Key Qualifications & Skills

✅ Experience: Minimum 1+ years managing social media for a brand or agency

✅ Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

✅ Strong command of Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms

✅ Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.

✅ Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills

✅ Strong understanding of social trends, hashtags, and timing

Preferred

✅ Experience working with IT/digital service companies

✅ Knowledge of basic video editing tools (like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush)
