Role Description

Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities & KPIs:

• 📌

  Content Strategy & Planning

  – Develop monthly/weekly social media calendars tailored to client goals
• 📌

  Content Creation & Management

  – Write engaging captions, coordinate with the design team, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• 📌

  Campaign Execution

  – Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter 
• 📌

  Community Engagement

  – Respond to comments, messages, and queries to maintain strong brand-consumer relationships.
• 📌

  Analytics & Reporting

  – Track, measure, and report performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. 
• 📌

  Trend Monitoring & Innovation

  – Stay updated with new features, trends, and algorithm updates to apply them in client strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of

  Social Media Marketing

  and

  Social Media Optimization (SMO)

• Excellent communication and creative writing skills
• Experience in media planning, campaign management, and audience engagement
• Familiarity with latest social media trends, analytics, and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be an added advantage
