As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence across various platforms. This role involves creating and curating content, engaging with the audience, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop, curate, and manage content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Ensure content is creative, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals. This includes planning and scheduling posts, managing content calendars, and identifying key moments to engage with the audience.
  • Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and social media communities. Build and nurture relationships with the audience to increase brand loyalty and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics for social media campaigns. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Social Media Advertising: Assist in the creation and management of social media advertising campaigns, including setting up ads, targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all digital channels. Collaborate on the creation of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
  • Crisis Management: Monitor social media channels for potential issues or crises. Respond promptly and appropriately to any negative comments or situations that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to produce engaging content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaboration strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
