𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Graduation in Digital Marketing/Journalism/Mass Communication 

𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Software Development 

𝗖𝗧𝗖: It will be dependent on individual skill and technical round. 

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 

 • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, and stories) across all major platforms. 

 • Build and maintain a strong brand voice across professional and visual-first spaces. 

 • Manage social media accounts and maintain a content calendar for consistency. 

 • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals. 

 • Monitor, evaluate, and report on performance indicators while offering suggestions and insights. 

 • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices. 

 • Identify opportunities for engagement, growth, and brand visibility. 

 • Run and manage paid social media campaigns under supervision, ensuring performance tracking. 

 • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions. 

 • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create campaigns and promotional content. 

 • Monitor competitor activities and audience behavior to refine strategies. 

𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 

 • 2+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role. 

 • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid campaign management, and content creation tools. 

 • Experience with analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Insights, social media, or similar). 

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 

 • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 

 • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills. 

 • Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities. 

 • Proficient in design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software). 

 • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies. 

 • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

 • Experience in influencer collaborations or brand partnerships is a plus.
