The Role: Lead Creator & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Influencer to step into a leadership role as our Lead Creator & Social Media Manager. This is a unique opportunity to build a brand's social media identity from the ground up. You will be the voice and face of Haveit, responsible for not just creating compelling content, but also for shaping our entire content strategy and managing a team of interns to execute it.

You will be responsible for bringing our core value proposition—"We don't just plan events, we engineer them"—to life across all our digital channels, including Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

* Develop and execute a psychology-driven content strategy that drives both B2C client acquisition (weddings, personal events) and B2B partner onboarding (vendors, corporate clients).

* Personally create, shoot, and edit high-quality, engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that are visually stunning and algorithm-friendly.

* Design and write compelling carousel posts and other static content using tools like Canva Pro.

* Master our five core content pillars: Client Acquisition, Vendor Recruitment, Service Showcase, Social Proof, and Educational/Value-Driven content.

Social Media Management:

* Manage the day-to-day posting schedule across Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.

* Write sharp, engaging captions with clear, conversion-focused Calls-to-Action (CTAs).

* Develop and implement strategic hashtag strategies to maximize organic reach and discovery.

* Engage with our community by responding to comments and DMs, fostering a loyal and interactive audience.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

* Recruit, train, and manage a team of social media and content creation interns.

* Delegate tasks effectively, providing clear direction and constructive feedback to help your team grow.

* Develop and oversee a content production workflow that ensures a consistent output of 3-5 high-quality posts per week across platforms.

* A proven content creator with a strong portfolio of short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that demonstrates excellent editing skills and a keen eye for visual trends.

* A natural storyteller who understands how to connect with an audience and build a community.

* Someone with a deep understanding of social media algorithms, especially for Instagram.

* A strategic thinker who can translate business goals into a tangible content plan.

* A natural leader with the ability to mentor and manage junior team members.

* Experience in the event, wedding, or hospitality industry is a major plus.
